Developmental Teams

For players ages 4 through 14.  This program is designed for beginner players or players who just want to learn while still sharpening up their skills. We will teach and help the players progress in the game of soccer.

These players will be trained by a National Licensed Coach once a week.  Then they will practice with a volunteer coach a 2nd time during the week.  They will play small sided games of 3v3, 4v4 or 5v5 without goal keepers.  This way it ensures them of many touches on the ball and they will have to make many decisions throughout each match.  Basically each game will be an opportunity to use the skills they were taught during training.

Volunteer coaches will attend the main training session (during the week) with the Nationally Licensed Coach. The volunteer coaches will help in these sessions so they can get a better understanding of what is being taught to these players. The volunteer coaches can then review those skills with their teams at the secondary practice they hold. The volunteer coaches will also attend a coaching clinic to get a better understanding of working with the younger and less experienced players. One of our missions is to educate not just the players but the parents too…especially the volunteers.

There will be NO won or losses…or standings. Each session (Fall and Spring) will be 8 – 10 games long…the players learn by playing the game. “The game is it’s greatest teacher.”

The cost is $80 for the Fall and $80 for the Spring (per each player). There will be a $20 discount for each additional child from the same family.  The cost includes the end of season trophy for both seasons and 1 uniform set.  If a family wishes to pay in full for both Fall and Spring, then the cost will be $140 ($20 savings). That is 6 months of soccer for only $140 with great training!!!

Bring a Buddy program: Refer a new player and get $10 off your cost, this applies for each new player! If you bring more than 8 buddies in a season, the discount will apply to the next registered season. Your child gets to share fun soccer time with his/her friends and you get a bonus that saves $ and encourages carpooling!

Registration will be fastest if you print out the following forms and have them filled in, but please DO NOT SIGN THE Registration Form or the Medical Release Form WITHOUT THE NOTARY PRESENT.  We will have an AZ Notary available on the field.  (May be printed in color or black & white.)
